Role Overview

Join CGI as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI. This role is part of a global team of professionals dedicated to helping clients succeed through innovative IT and business process services. We are looking for an experienced professional to drive advancements in AI engineering and large language models in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Apply Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and evaluation techniques.
• Conduct model evaluation, experiment design, and data analysis.
• Utilize AI quality measurement and benchmarking frameworks.
• Perform fine-tuning using techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.
• Optimize prompts to enhance model performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, and Model Evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Evidently.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
