Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and autonomous task execution.
- Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool calling mechanisms.
- Develop multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server, or Semantic Kernel.
- Design Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI responses.
- Build AI agents automation development processes using Azure or AWS.
- Perform hands-on workflow configuration in Azure Foundry or AWS Bedrock.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI agent operations.
- Monitor agent performance, reliability, and response quality.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including security, governance, observability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (6+ years preferred for Senior level).
- Strong expertise in data engineering using Python, SQL, and Pandas.
- Hands-on data engineering experience in Hadoop and Hive interface.
- Experience with Azure Foundry or AWS Bedrock agentic automation implementation.
- Good exposure to agile testing processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
