Backend Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Backend Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to guide students through the admission process for Australia and New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and freshers to grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
• Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
• Prepare, verify, and manage student documentation.
• Coordinate with students to ensure all required documents are complete and submitted on time.
• Maintain accurate student records and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; 6+ months of experience in student admissions or education consulting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of student documentation and admission procedures.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
