Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer - P N

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI copilots. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and backend integration using Node.js and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational AI solutions with custom topics, generative AI capabilities, entities, variables, and conversation flows.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Develop custom connectors and REST API integrations using Node.js.
• Enable backend integrations with AWS services for business workflows and data processing.
• Configure authentication, security, and role-based access for enterprise chatbot solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered conversational experiences.
• Optimize copilot performance, conversation quality, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on AI chatbot solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong experience in building enterprise Conversational AI solutions.
• Expertise in Copilot Studio topics, entities, variables, generative answers, plugins, actions, and orchestration.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure AI services.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration using Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with OAuth, Azure AD authentication, and API security.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
