Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in the support and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. You will work under guidance to monitor systems, assist with deployments, and help automate routine tasks to ensure high performance and uptime.
Responsibilities
- Support & Maintenance: Help monitor cloud systems, servers, and databases for performance and uptime.
- Deployment: Assist in launching virtual machines, storage buckets, and basic network configurations under guidance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve routine system alerts, deployment errors, or access issues.
- Automation: Write simple scripts to automate repetitive daily tasks.
- Documentation: Keep system logs, network diagrams, and operational procedures up to date.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of core cloud concepts like compute, storage, and networking.
- Familiarity with scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of server environments.
- Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork.
