Android Developer

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Android Developer to build innovative, user-friendly mobile apps alongside our design and engineering teams. You should know the Android platform well and work fluently with modern AI development tools as a core part of how you build, test, and ship.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
• Integrate external data sources and RESTful APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, edge cases, and reliability.
• Use AI coding assistants to speed up development, testing, and debugging — while owning code quality and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven Android development experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for back-end integration.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools in a real workflow.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
