Software Engineer

Role Overview

Clinisys is a global provider of intelligent diagnostic informatics solutions, building AI-enabled, cloud-based platforms to enhance diagnostic workflows across healthcare, life sciences, and public health. As part of an AI-first organization, this role involves developing software solutions across multiple subsystems, applying digital and analytical thinking, and working confidently with AI-enabled tools to drive purpose and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions including requirements definition, prototyping, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide engineering support for building, deploying, configuring, and supporting customer systems.
• Perform systems analysis and engineering activities on application software.
• Research new technologies and development tools to stay informed of current trends.
• Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clearly readable code.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on resolutions.
• Comply with internal quality systems, standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate with engineering and operations teams to standardize, scale, and enhance products and deployment services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience with the software development life cycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Oracle (PL/SQL).
• Experience with front-end web technologies, preferably React.
• Experience in API programming, Scripting, and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with Microservices and modular monolith architecture.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools like GitHub Copilot and familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with application modernization using Docker, Kubernetes, or DAPR.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
