Data Services Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Import & Reporting Analyst, you will bridge the gap between data services and business intelligence. You will orchestrate smooth data migrations for new clients transitioning from legacy systems and act as a reporting strategist, coaching clients on how to leverage reporting features to extract meaningful insights and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Migrations by acting as the primary technical advisor for transitioning historical data like reservations and guest profiles.
• Execute Data Manipulation by extracting, cleaning, mapping, and validating data from CSV and Excel formats.
• Drive Technical Troubleshooting to resolve formatting discrepancies or system mismatches.
• Empower clients through coaching on building and automating operational and financial reports.
• Ensure Data Integrity through post-migration audits of financial histories and occupancy metrics.

Requirements

• Direct experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, Mews, or Protel).
• Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
• Strong understanding of data management, data mapping, and parsing.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
