Node js developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Node.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL databases, along with hands-on experience in building scalable backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and manage SQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Build and integrate Restful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Follow best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Experience with ORMs like Sequelize, TypeORM, Prisma, etc.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
