Node js developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated backend developer to develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications. You will be responsible for handling backend ownership independently, ensuring high performance and scalability of our services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js & Express.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT
• Build real-time features using Socket.IO
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and performance optimization
• Integrate and manage Firebase services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with frontend and QA teams

Requirements

• 2 years of core experience in Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience with Express.js
• Solid understanding of JWT-based authentication
• Proficiency in MongoDB
• Experience with Socket.IO for real-time communication
• Hands-on experience with Firebase
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
