Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries via email, WhatsApp, or chat platforms
- Track client satisfaction and follow up for feedback
- Maintain communication logs and support documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates or solutions
Skills Required:
- Clear and professional communication (written & verbal)
- Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software (optional but a plus)
