AI Product Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Developer who can build practical AI-powered solutions for businesses that have repetitive, time-consuming, or manual processes. The goal is to understand a business problem, identify opportunities for automation, and develop an end-to-end AI product that can reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and save costs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business workflows and identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions for real-world businesses.
• Build AI chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, and business assistants.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
• Work with APIs, WhatsApp, email, CRM, Google Sheets, databases, and other business tools.
• Develop RAG-based solutions when businesses need AI to work with their own documents/data.
• Build MVPs quickly and convert successful MVPs into scalable SaaS products.
• Create backend APIs and integrate AI workflows with existing business systems.
• Test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of databases, cloud platforms, authentication, and REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a startup environment.
