Software Engineer — Full Stack

Role Overview

Build and ship web and backend applications for clients, manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensure high-quality delivery through automated testing, and drive business growth through technical sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications and APIs end to end
• Provision and operate infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Write and maintain automated test suites for web and API layers
• Identify and research prospective clients and run initial technical conversations
• Own opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close

Requirements

• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, plus one of React, Node.js, Python or Java
• Comfortable with relational databases and REST or GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on with Linux, containers, and at least one major cloud provider
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• B2B business development experience, ideally in IT or software services
• Track record closing B2B services deals in IT or consulting
