Dot Net Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Core Competency Marine Training Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Gurugram. We are seeking professionals with 4 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complete application development, from database design to frontend implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Design and develop scalable Web APIs, REST APIs, Windows Services, and WCF Services.
• Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Design database architecture, write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Perform application debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical solution design.
• Collaborate with business, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support deployment, production releases, and application maintenance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of relevant .NET development experience.
• Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Experience working on large-scale business or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.
