🎯 What We Are Looking For:

🛸 Flying Experience (Mandatory): Hands-on experience flying Drones & Fixed-Wing aircraft. (We need pilots who know their airframesDRONE inside out!)

💻 Programming: Solid coding fundamentals to power intelligent

autonomous systems.

📐 CAD Designing: Ability to model, iterate, and craft robust structural designs.

📝 Scripting & Debugging: Comfort with C/C++ (Arduino environment) or Python to read custom sensor data or modify minor firmware behaviors.

🧠 Critical Thinking in War Scenarios: Tactical mindset to solve

complex, real-world mission challenges under pressure.

Flight Architecture & Systems Engineering (The Brains)

They must know how to configure, calibrate, and talk to the aircraft's control systems.

Open-Source Flight Stacks:

For high-agility, tactical, or modular multirotors: Proficiency in configuring Betaflight or INAV.

For autonomous, long-range, or fixed-wing/hybrid platforms: Experience with ArduPilot or PX4…
