Europe Performance & Analytics Intern

Role Overview

The Analytics Enablement, Data Stewardship & AI Adoption Intern will join the Europe Performance & Analytics team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on strengthening data quality, analytics documentation, user adoption, and AI-enabled ways of working within a dynamic European analytics environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality checks and support reconciliation across multiple sources.
• Document KPI definitions, data structures, and maintain data dictionaries.
• Support the adoption of Databricks and Power BI through dashboard testing and user onboarding.
• Test and evaluate AI tools such as Genie AI and Power BI Copilot.
• Build prompt libraries and best-practice repositories for generative AI use cases.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Business Intelligence and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Proficiency in Excel with an interest in SQL and data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
