Frontend Engineering Intern @ Nova (Hyderabad)

Role Overview

Nova is building AIRA, an execution intelligence layer that monitors team communication across Slack, Gmail, and Teams to prevent delivery disasters. We are a small, fast-moving, bootstrapped team of 6, selected for Google for Startups India at T-Hub. We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (Junior/Intern) to build our React dashboard and focus on high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship UI for the manager dashboard to ensure seamless insight visualization.
• Translate vague directions into working screens, often designing while building.
• Work directly with the founder with no management layers.
• Own bugs, performance, and UI polish.

Requirements

• Proven experience building real-world projects with React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Comfortable with basic tooling including Git and npm.
• Strong sense of UI/UX and product feel.
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate for in-person work at T-Hub.
• Must provide a link to a portfolio or GitHub repository.

Compensation
