Role Overview
The Web Developer focuses on technical implementation and coding. They translate design mockups into responsive, high-performance HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, bridging the gap between visual design and front-end engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design Conversion: Translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Responsive Development: Build fluid layouts that adapt seamlessly to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
- Component Libraries: Create and maintain reusable, scalable UI components to ensure visual consistency across applications.
- Performance Optimization: Minimize page load times, optimize images, and write efficient styling to ensure fast performance.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Identify and resolve formatting or functionality bugs across various browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge).
