Role Overview

Code the next innings of CricHeroes on Android. CricHeroes is the world’s largest cricket network with 40+ million users worldwide. We are looking for an Android Developer to build high-performance, scalable, and intuitive experiences that bring grassroots cricket closer to the digital world.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build new features for the CricHeroes Android app.
• Write efficient, testable, and reusable Kotlin code.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure app stability across devices.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously learn from the team.
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience and app quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin (Java familiarity is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio, XML layouts, and Material Design guidelines.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQLite data storage mechanisms.
• Familiarity with MVVM architecture, Jetpack Components, and version control tools like Git.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies and experiment with modern Android libraries.
• A team player who values clean, readable, and maintainable code.
