Role Overview

Crossing Infotech is offering a full-time remote internship opportunity for an aspiring Machine Learning professional to gain practical exposure to data preparation, exploratory analysis, machine learning concepts, model development, evaluation, and data-driven problem solving. The role focuses on assisting with machine learning assignments and working with structured datasets while gaining practical experience with Python and commonly used machine learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, organizing, and preparing datasets for analysis.
• Clean and preprocess data for machine learning tasks.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand datasets and identify patterns.
• Use Python and relevant libraries for data processing and analysis.
• Assist with implementing basic machine learning models under appropriate guidance.
• Support model training, testing, and evaluation activities.
• Assist with selecting and preparing relevant features for analysis.
• Calculate and interpret basic model evaluation metrics.
• Create visualizations to communicate data patterns and analytical findings.
• Write basic SQL queries for data retrieval and preparation.
• Assist with documenting data preparation, experiments, and results.
• Perform basic data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
• Work with team members to understand project requirements.
• Support assigned machine learning and data analysis tasks within agreed timelines.

Requirements
