Role Overview

Cvent is a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider with more than 5,000+ employees and 24,000+ customers worldwide. We are looking for motivated interns to join our teams in RPA, Integrations, and CRM to help transform the meetings and events industry through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for enhancing automation and digitization.
• Manage data integration across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems.
• Implement application integration involving REST and SOAP services.
• Manage Salesforce.com platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop fields, objects, validation rules, and workflow rules to address business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and work closely with different teams to fix them.
• Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions using visualization techniques.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Basic knowledge of the automation lifecycle.
• Understanding of RDBMS and DWH-BI conceptual knowledge.
• Ability to develop scripts and manage complex data mappings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
