Role Overview
Operate the QVoyant application, perform daily health checks, manage SBOM, CBOM, and SCA activities, support users, coordinate with client/vendors/QVoyant teams, manage changes and upgrades, and maintain documentation and audit records.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the QVoyant application daily.
- Perform daily health checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Generate, maintain, and track SBOM, CBOM, and SCA assessments.
- Maintain application, asset, vendor, user, and assessment trackers.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and basic configuration.
- Support users with login, reports, dashboards, and application usage.
- Provide basic user training and maintain FAQs/user guides.
- Coordinate with client IT, security, network, application, database, and audit teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors for SBOM/CBOM and required information.
- Escalate technical issues to QVoyant's central support/product teams with proper logs and details.
- Coordinate patches, upgrades, deployments, and change requests.
- Maintain SOPs, operational records, incident/change trackers, and audit evidence.
- Support audits and periodic operational reviews.
- Follow customer security, access, change, and incident-management processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in Desktop Support, Application Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Production Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and web applications.
- Basic troubleshooting and networking knowledge: IP, ports, ping, telnet, curl, nslookup.
- Ability to work with logs and troubleshoot application issues.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and ticketing tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
