Azure Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure to support cloud infrastructure, platform operations, security, monitoring, and day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Azure resources, virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, databases, and troubleshooting production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Administer Azure VMs, networking, storage, and backup solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform patching, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
• Support Azure SQL/SQL Server and Linux/Windows servers.
• Maintain operational documentation and collaborate with application teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including VNet, NSG, Load Balancer, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Firewall fundamentals.
• AZ-104 certification preferred.
