Web Developer Intern – WordPress

Role Overview

We are looking for a Web Developer Intern who has a basic to good understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in website development and e-commerce projects at Digital Advertisement Marketing Network.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining websites using WordPress.
• Work on WooCommerce websites, including product listing, categories, payment settings, and basic store management.
• Assist with Shopify store setup, customization, and updates.
• Customize WordPress themes, pages, menus, forms, and plugins.
• Make basic website changes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot basic website issues and resolve errors.
• Ensure websites are responsive and user-friendly across devices.
• Assist with website speed, functionality, and basic SEO-related technical improvements.
• Coordinate with the marketing/design team for website updates and landing pages.
• Test website features and ensure proper functionality before publishing changes.

Requirements

• Pursuing or have completed B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / IT or a related field.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of WordPress.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce website management.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify.
• Understanding of HTML & CSS; JavaScript knowledge will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn new web technologies and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
