QA Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in QA automation within a product engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through robust automation frameworks and integrating testing into agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and the Page Object Model.
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.
• Manage test execution, configuration, and parallelization using TestNG.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify edge cases, boundary conditions, and potential failure modes through analytical thinking.
• Communicate technical test findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver.
• Solid experience with Cucumber (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with TestNG.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Working knowledge of TDD principles.
• Experience with CI/CD integration.

Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in Payments.
• Experience testing APIs with Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Exposure to cloud testing environments like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
• Knowledge of security testing and mobile automation using Appium.
