AI Engineer Intern

Role Overview

Darwix AI is one of India’s fastest-growing GenAI startups, building the future of enterprise sales and customer engagement through real-time conversational intelligence. We are building a category-defining AI platform that captures, analyzes, and enhances every customer interaction across voice, video, and chat—in real time.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize core components of our real-time agent assist engine using Python, FastAPI, Kafka, and Redis.
• Train, evaluate, and integrate whisper, wav2vec, or custom STT models on diverse datasets.
• Work on LLM/RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or vector DB integrations.
• Develop internal tools to analyze, visualize, and scale insights from conversations across languages.
• Optimize for latency, reliability, and multilingual accuracy in dynamic customer environments.

Requirements

• Pursuing a B.Tech/B.E. or dual degree from IITs, IIITs, BITS, NIT Trichy/Warangal/Surathkal, or other Tier-1 institutes, preferably in Computer Science or allied fields.
• Comfortable with Python, REST APIs, and database operations.
• Passionate about AI/ML, especially NLP, GenAI, ASR, or multimodal systems.
• Must be available to commit to at least 6 months.
• Must have completed at least one prior internship before joining.
• Batch: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027.
