QA Engineer

Role Overview

You will support simulation software and interact with development, physics R&D, and application management teams to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Review enhancement specifications and provide early feedback.
• Create test plans and evaluate product functionality.
• Execute test plans and incorporate them into the regression suite.
• Report bugs and track their corrections.
• Run and analyze the regression suite on various supported platforms.
• Perform automation and manual GUI testing.
• Document all tests and procedures.

Requirements

• M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering with a focus in CFD Simulation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Research projects in the area of CFD at the M.E./M.Tech level are preferred.
• Comfortable in Linux and Windows environments.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
• Good understanding of Python, automation tools, and testing environments.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of FEA/FEM software such as Ansys, Nastran, Hyper Mesh, or Ansa.
