Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a curious and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. You will not just be using AI as a novelty, but as your primary way of building—automating engineering workflows, writing production code, and building new product capabilities end-to-end. You will work on high-stakes systems, including a mail platform securing 50M+ mailboxes and government-grade AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Use AI coding agents and MCP-connected tools to automate engineering workflows.
- Write and ship production-grade code.
- Wire up MCP servers to connect products to real data and tools.
- Build new product capabilities end-to-end across live products like XgenPlus, ZenithAI, RajMail, and TeamPortal.
- Apply the FORGE methodology to develop new AI-native tooling.
Requirements
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them using engineering judgment and AI tools.
- A mindset focused on shipping working solutions rather than following a rigid roadmap.
- Interest in working on mission-critical systems with high uptime requirements.
