Role Overview

Datastride Analytics is a fast-growing data & AI solutions company empowering enterprises to turn complex data into intelligent, actionable outcomes. We are looking for a Python Developer experienced in building and deploying high-performance, AI-integrated backend systems on Azure. The ideal candidate is proficient in cloud-native architecture, NoSQL data design, and intelligent workflow automation using large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI or REST frameworks).
• Design and manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and graph databases (Neo4j).
• Configure and manage cloud deployment pipelines on Azure Web Apps.
• Integrate LLMs via frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI APIs.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage clusters and scaling.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Design and refine prompts for AI agents and support AI-driven workflow orchestration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proven experience with production-level deployments on Azure.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, or LangChain agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and code-review skills.
