A Non-Voice Process Intern handles backend data operations, document processing, and text-based support via email, live chat, or tickets without making phone calls. The role involves processing information accurately, meeting daily productivity goals, and maintaining client guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Text Support: Answer customer questions using live chat or email with clear grammar.
- Data Tasks: Enter, update, and check data accurately in company systems.
- Documentation: Keep clean records of all user chats, emails, and back-office tasks.
- SLA Adherence: Meet speed and quality targets set by the team.
- Training: Complete all assigned process and product training on time.
Requirements
- Must be a Tamil speaker.
- Candidates must be based in Chennai.
- Open to Freshers.
