Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IAM Developer based in Bangalore to design, develop, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. You will be responsible for implementing identity lifecycle management, configuring authentication and authorization protocols, and integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications to ensure secure and compliant access across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Implement identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning/de-provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and role management.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
- Integrate IAM solutions using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, and REST APIs.
- Develop custom workflows, connectors, and scripts using Java, JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, or Python.
- Support CI/CD deployments, platform upgrades, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure compliance with RBAC and least privilege principles.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Oracle IAM, or IBM Security Verify.
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, Access Governance, and PAM.
- Proficiency in protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, and SCIM.
- Programming/scripting expertise in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Python, JSON, or XML.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
