Role Overview
As an AI Engineer within the Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions division, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex problems into scalable, AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Generative AI applications, from rapid prototyping and PoCs to production-ready deployments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and prototype Generative AI applications and PoCs using LLMs and RAG.
- Build and optimize AI workflows by integrating vector databases, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Apply prompt engineering and model evaluation strategies to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Develop automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance decision-making.
- Perform model benchmarking and quality evaluations using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Integrate AI solutions with structured and unstructured data sources through preparation and augmentation.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and data teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and deploying Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to perform model benchmarking and evaluation.
- Proficiency in integrating AI with diverse data sources.
