AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, NLP, and Azure. The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and optimize LLM and RAG-based applications.
• Develop NLP, semantic search, and Generative AI solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with Azure services and enterprise platforms.
• Implement model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML applications for performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
• Experience working with Azure AI/ML services.
• Good understanding of software development and deployment practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
