Job Description
Role Overview
DevToDesk is a career-focused learning platform that helps students bridge the gap between academic education and industry expectations. The Application Developer Intern role is a remote internship focused on building and enhancing software applications that support DevToDesk’s learning platform and services.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with application development, writing, and testing code.
- Working with Databases and implementing front-end components.
- Integrating different system components and APIs.
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with mentors to refine features.
- Documenting technical work and participating in code reviews.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in Software Development and Programming.
- Basic understanding of Databases, including data modeling and queries.
- Ability to work with CSS for styling front-end user interfaces.
- Interest or experience in API integration.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
