Engineering Intern

Role Overview

Dharaksha Ecosolutions is an alternative materials company developing next-generation sustainable biomaterials to replace petroleum-derived products. We are looking for a hands-on Engineer Intern for our Product Development team to build, test, and improve real products alongside our engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Work on product development from concept to working sample.
• Test product performance including strength, load, drop, moisture, and thermal conductivity.
• Conduct energy optimisation studies across products and processes.
• Record and analyse test data.
• Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency and yield.
• Run design iterations based on test results.
• Coordinate samples and parts with vendors and shop floor.
• Prepare CAD models, drawings, and sketches.
• Own day-to-day engineering and project tasks.

Requirements

• B.Tech Mechanical (final year or recent graduate).
• Solid grasp of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on, build-and-test mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic CAD (SolidWorks or similar).
• Ready to work on-site in Faridabad.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to manufacturing, tooling, or moulding.
• Interest in sustainability or bio-materials.
• AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or basic simulation.
