AI Engineer

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will act as a pathfinder for the Engineering team, understanding ground-level challenges and finding solutions to improve efficiency and time-to-market. You will be proficient in leveraging available AI tools to apply real-world use cases for enhanced productivity within a global, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business challenges and decompose complex problems into AI-enabled workflows.
• Select appropriate models, architectures, and techniques to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Design reliable, scalable, and secure AI solutions that align with enterprise standards and governance.
• Apply context engineering using RAG and MCP protocols to ensure high-quality, relevant results.
• Work independently to prioritize and organize tasks under time and workload pressure in a multinational environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Python and Generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and applying AI use cases.
• Experience with context engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Ability to work with agent-based systems and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced spoken and written English skills for cross-region collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AI workflow tools such as LangChain and Google ADK.
