DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Join the DHL LINK Solution Support team as a DevOps Engineer focused on Power BI, digitalization, and reporting. You will analyze and support the implementation of AI-based solutions to improve incident handling, knowledge management, and operational efficiency, while developing Power BI domain reports to provide visibility into service performance and trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support the implementation of AI and automation solutions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI domain reports, providing visibility into workload, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Cooperate with global DSC and ITS teams to drive digitalization.
• Translate complex data and technical findings into practical improvements and business-friendly recommendations.

Requirements

• Solid technical background with an understanding of IT support processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and investigate root causes.
• Knowledge of ITIL operations framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Fluent English for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder interaction.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.
