Python Developer (AI/ML Projects)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in building and deploying AI/ML solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving artificial intelligence, data pipelines, and backend system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on AI/ML integrations.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
• Work with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face to develop and deploy models.
• Integrate AI solutions into production systems via REST APIs or microservices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects/issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional Python development experience.
• Proven experience in at least one AI/ML project.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with data handling tools like Pandas and NumPy and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write efficient, modular, and reusable code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects.
• Understanding of API authentication & security best practices.
• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
