Junior Software Engineer – PHP

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Software Engineers to join our development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about software development and eager to start their career in web application development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP.
• Learn and work with Laravel and Lumen frameworks under the guidance of experienced developers.
• Assist in developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Assist with frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Use Git for version control.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for learning, coding, debugging, and improving productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is highly appreciated.
• Basic familiarity with Git is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
