We are looking for an AI Engineer / Automation Engineer who enjoys solving real business problems through automation rather than just building demos.

The First Project

Your first assignment will be to design and build an end-to-end AI automation system for a cloud kitchen and restaurant business that serves: Pizza, Coffee, Desserts, Rolls, Waffles, Beverages and other menu items. The objective is to create an automated customer journey that handles conversations, orders, marketing, and customer engagement with minimal manual intervention.

What You'll Build

You will design and implement automation that can:

Customer Ordering

• Accept orders directly from WhatsApp
• Guide customers through menu selection
• Answer menu and pricing questions
• Recommend products and upsell items
• Collect delivery details
• Share payment links
• Confirm successful orders
• Send orders to the kitchen or POS system
• Handle order modifications where possible

Customer Communication
