Software Tester / QA Engineer – Manual Testing

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Tester / QA Engineer specializing in Manual Testing with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS, HRMS, CRM, ERP, or Accounting products and a strong understanding of domain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration, System, and Exploratory Testing.
• Execute test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Apply solid understanding of HRMS and/or CRM domain workflows.
• Utilize JIRA for test management and bug tracking.
• Perform database and data validation using SQL.
• Conduct API Testing using Postman for functional validation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strong experience in Manual Software Testing.
• Experience in SaaS, HRMS, CRM, ERP, or Accounting products is an advantage.
• Ability to work in-person in Madurai.
• Availability to work 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.
• Short notice period preferred.
