UI/UX Product Designer

Role Overview

We are an early-stage technology startup developing a portfolio of SaaS products aimed at solving real-world business and operational problems. We are looking for a talented Freelance UI/UX Product Designer to work closely with us from the early stages of product development, helping shape products from initial concept through to high-fidelity UI designs and clickable prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Creating user journeys, user flows and wireframes
• Designing modern SaaS dashboards and web applications
• Creating high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes in Figma
• Designing forms, tables, profiles, dashboards, reporting and administrative workflows
• Creating reusable components and scalable design systems
• Designing responsive interfaces where required
• Working iteratively based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Preparing designs for developer handover

Requirements

• Strong experience designing real software products (SaaS/B2B) rather than just websites or marketing material
• Proven expertise in Information Architecture and modern UI/UX principles
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate during UK working hours (GMT/BST)
• Must provide a portfolio/Figma work showcasing SaaS dashboards or complex web applications

Nice to Have

• Experience with education, healthcare, ERP, CRM, HRMS or other management systems
