Role Overview
This role involves providing technical support and data management services, primarily through software interaction and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Service Engineer provided data reports - punching in the software loaded in the laptop.
- Customer related data correction and updations in the software.
- Post day call over (PDCO) survey (selective clients).
- Customer calls and querry mangement process (CCQMP).
- Print and courier - Letters and promotional material.
Requirements
- Familiarity with data entry and software operation.
- Experience in customer query management is a plus.
- Must be located in the Chandigarh or Mohali Area.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- English language proficiency preferred.
