Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, system scalability, and continuous delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in AWS services, container orchestration, and DevOps practices, with a passion for automation and efficient deployment pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS (EC2, EKS)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Maintain version control, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience with AWS services: EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline
