Job Description
Role Overview
This is a part-time role (4 hours a day) reporting to the IT Manager. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to support our IT team, providing hands-on experience in IT support, security, asset management, and user onboarding/offboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding on platforms such as Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass.
- Support inventory and asset tracking for hardware and software assets.
- Handle IT tickets, including password resets, app installations, and user management.
- Create and update documentation and how-to guides on Notion.
- Provide administrative support, including creating shipping labels for IT equipment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
