Growth Operations Intern (Technical)

Role Overview

We are a service-based company with a current team size of 3, looking to hire 3 proactive and technically curious interns to start immediately. You will assist with outreach, operations, and ecosystem growth initiatives across AI, software, and startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical outreach and communication across email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Discord, and other platforms
• Assist in filling out applications for grants, accelerators, hackathons, fellowships, and startup programs
• Respond to and coordinate basic technical enquiries, partnership requests, and collaboration opportunities
• Maintain structured sheets, records, trackers, and documentation related to outreach and operations
• Support engineering and operational workflows through research, coordination, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 20 hours per week commitment (Flexible timings)
• Proactive attitude and technical curiosity
• Ability to manage structured documentation and trackers

Benefits

• Stipend: Unpaid for first 2 weeks (probation period), after that INR 2000/- per month
