Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, documentation, proposal drafting, and maintaining accurate records. Strong written English and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
• Prepare, update, and organize documents, reports, and MIS.
• Draft business proposals, quotations, and official correspondence in English.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of tasks.
• Verify data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports as required.
• Support backend operations and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Backend Operations, Data Entry, or Documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in drafting proposals, quotations, and business documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
