Software-Defined Vehicle Intern

Role Overview

The Software-Defined Vehicle Intern will support the design, development, and testing of software and control systems for electric and autonomous vehicles. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-intensity R&D environment, working on real-world eMobility and autonomous vehicle projects at DORLECO's facility in Pune City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements analysis and writing/reviewing embedded software modules.
• Run simulations and help integrate software with hardware components on test benches and trial vehicles.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers to debug issues and document findings.
• Contribute to prototype builds and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in programming and understanding of software development for embedded or real-time systems.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle architectures, or control systems.
• Familiarity with electronics or mechatronics concepts, including sensors, actuators, and CAN communication buses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
