Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications across both frontend and backend. This role is suitable for freshers with strong technical fundamentals as well as developers with 1–2 years of hands-on development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Work on both frontend and backend development.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with databases and perform basic database design and queries.
• Debug, test, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and project teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Maintain existing applications and implement new features.
• Follow development standards, version control, and documentation practices.

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• For Freshers: Academic or personal project experience in web development.
• For 1–2 Years Experience: Hands-on experience in developing web applications and practical experience with frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to understand existing code and troubleshoot issues.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
