Job Description
Role Overview
Ducat India is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals at our Noida Extension Branch. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Java Full Stack Development.
- Explain concepts with real-world examples, projects and hands-on exercises.
- Design and deliver course content as per industry requirements.
- Guide students in developing full-stack applications and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting offline classroom training.
- Prior experience in IT training institutes, EdTech, or corporate training is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
